Church Planter Residency
Welcome, we’re assuming if you’ve come to this page it’s because you feel a call on your life or are in the process of discerning a call to church planting. That’s great, we need more gospel-centered churches planted around the globe.
The Commons | LA is a 3 year old church plant on the Westside of Los Angeles. Our offices are across the street from the UCLA campus. We believe the Church has always been a sending organization in which the gospel is proclaimed, people believe and trust in Jesus, they are discipled and equipped in how to follow Jesus, then they are sent out to make more disciples. We believe in a global city like Los Angeles we have an incredible sending capacity. Movement is built into the fabric of our city. People are constantly coming and going for college, jobs, life change or new beginnings for internationals relocating to the US.
Our hope is to be able to multiply not only individual disciples but to see more churches planted in our city and across the globe. We are especially passionate about planting churches in global university cities.
