Prayer Ministry 

We’ve found over the last several years that most American Christians don’t have rich, vibrant, powerful prayer lives simply because… they have never been taught to pray! We are radically dedicated to being a praying church. It shapes everything we do.
The purpose of our prayer ministry is to anchor the life of our church in prayer, to equip the church to pray, and to bless church members individually and corporately. Through prayer, we enter into communion with our Heavenly Father, find life-giving joy in His presence, and to walk in the power of Jesus through His Holy Spirit. As we practice the spiritual giftings we desire to draw together to worship, intercede, and listen to God for the needs of others. 

Members of the prayer team commit to praying here at Upside Down every Sunday morning from 9:15-9:45 before our Sunday Gathering as well as serving on Contact Prayer at least one Sunday each month.
