3-Day Corporate Fast
We are coming together as a church body to fast and pray for Jesus to move mightily in and through us as we invite our community to celebrate Resurrection Sunday together. We’ll begin fasting on Sunday, April 2nd by abstaining from breakfast and will end our fast together on Tuesday evening, April 4th in feasting together at Upside Down Coffee from 5:30-7pm.
If you are unfamiliar with fasting (what it is and how to do it), we have created a ‘fasting guide’ (link at the bottom of the page) to help you understand the essential nature of fasting for Christian growth and how to fast well. If you have specific questions regarding the fast or fasting in general, text questions to the TCLA Line at 424.242.8110 for quick replies.
Break Fast Feast | Seder Meal
If you are participating in the fast in any way, we invite you to join us for our Break Fast Feast gathering. Dinner provided. Please rsvp by clicking on the button below. Breaking a fast can be a powerful time of celebration, reflection, encouragement, prayer and praise. We encourage you to join the church community in breaking fast together.
This powerful dinner event, led by Isaac Brickner of Jews for Jesus, will help us discover the link between the Jewish feast of Passover and the last supper Jesus shared with His disciples. Join us for an exploration of the beautiful symbolism of the Jewish ceremonial meal called a seder. We’ll weave the story of the exodus and freedom from slavery together with the messianic hope realized in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.
Join us Tuesday, April 4th at Upside Down from 5:30-7:30pm.
* Register below, by April 2nd so that we can plan accordingly for food. *
